Mind Your Business operates on a step by step basis. It is important to follow this process so your company formation is set up correctly without any problems or issues.

Our Step by Step Process

Step 1: Let us know the name you have chosen for your new company. Should your desired name not be available we will suggest similar alternatives.

Step 2: You should supply us with your name, address and contact details.

Step 3: In order to web file on your behalf we will need three security questions answered. These will take the place of your signature.

Step 4: Provide us with directors details. e.g. name, residential address, DOB.

Step 5: Details of address which you want your company registered to.

Step 6: Due to money laundering regulations where clients are not using an accountant photographic ID will be required.

Once all of the above steps have been completed we are now ready to start the company formation process and you will be able to start trading within a few days.
